Will a low fiber diet cause constipation? This was the burning question I had for Konstantin!

From his own debilitating gut health experiences and through his research and writing over the last 20+ years, Konstantin reveals the truth on the role of excess fibre in the diet and how it can actually hinder or cause the digestive issues that we’re told it should help, such as IBS, IBD, constipation, diverticulosis and haemorrhoids.
