Today’s guest is Dr Anthony Chaffee, a medical doctor who’s spent over 20 years researching optimal nutrition, human performance and health. Anthony is proving that chronic disease is caused by the food we eat (or don’t eat), and so can be reversed in some cases with dietary changes that he calls, species specific.

He’s one of the leaders of the Carnivore Diet movement and never fails to deliver hard facts mixed with science in an easy to digest way.
