This week's guest on the Your Body's Way podcast is Dr Lisa Wiedeman, she’s a medical doctor and a Carnivore Diet coach who helps her clients and followers to lose weight and reclaim their health through eating animal protein only.

She says try it for 90 days and you’ll see huge results. Lisa struggled with sugar addiction for 25 years where she found herself binging on unhealthy foods, but when she came across the carnivore diet she found that complete abstinence healed her from disordered eating patterns.
