We all have unique life experiences, traumas, and stories. However, one common experience that we all confront is discovering our sexuality, our sexual expression, and attraction to others. Each episode will be a conversation about living life as sexual beings, with guests from all walks of life and experiences, and some solo episodes about my own life. I am Hailey Sutherland, and I am here to heal alongside all of you. So much of how I have lived my own life, has been based around what I “should” be doing to be considered attractive, sexy, and feminine, but that’s not what feels good.

Unlock the secrets of your body and embrace the empowerment of fertility awareness with our guest Emily, also known as Moujamoon. This episode promises a transformative journey through the nuances of menstrual health and the profound knowledge that comes with charting your cycle.

Venture with us as we challenge societal norms around contraception and highlight the significance of personal autonomy in women's health choices. I open up about my own transformative journey of ceasing birth control, emphasizing the empowerment that stems from tracking natural fertility signals. Emily and I also reflect on the societal scripts dictating motherhood and career, offering fresh perspectives on the roles women can choose to fulfill. This conversation promises to enlighten listeners on the intricacies of the fertility awareness method and the broader implications it has on our lives.

Wrapping up, we delve into the nuances of cycle and hormone tracking, where personal health narratives take center stage. Discover how individual norms in body temperature and cycle lengths are essential in understanding one's health, and how consistent lifestyle practices can significantly influence menstrual well-being. We also shed light on the emotional tides of the menstrual cycle and how they shape our personal relationships. Lastly, hear about the transformative journey from wild woman to wise woman, and how embracing our cyclical nature can lead to profound self-awareness and well-being.
