
The purpose of World Mental Health Day is to raise awareness of mental health issues around the world and to mobilize efforts in support of mental health. In this episode, I remind all of my listeners that everyone you meet is fighting a battle you know nothing about. It is truly important to speak and think with kindness. Additionally, just because no one else can heal or do your inner work for you, doesn't mean you can, should, or need to do it alone. Asking for help is the first step. You are more precious to this world than you'll ever know.
