Welcome to season 2 of the podcast. I am so excited to be back and chit chatting with you guys again :) This week, we are talking about my reset routine actions - whether it's for the new year or just for a Monday. I've always felt that whenever I feel overwhelmed after the weekend or any sort of break, by completing a couple of reset actions, I settle my anxieties and feel much more prepared.
