We now focus our attention on one of the most impacted industries during the COVID-19 crisis: The Retail Industry.  We gain insight into the lasting impacts the COVID-19 crisis is having on this industry brought to us by BDO Canada's lead Retail Industry Partner.  In addition, we learn how one retailer, (and a Microsoft Dynamics client), Mastermind Toys has not only adapted to the COVID-19 crisis but has also helped fill the gap of children's learning while schools and camps were on hiatus.  Finally, we touch on the D365 products available to Retailers and what functionalities they bring to the table.
