The FinTQ industry is a highly regulated domain in the private sector. BSP Circular 982, PCIDSS and Data Privacy of 2012 are the main frameworks of security that his company is complying. There is no shortage of work in the security field but everything can be managed through a risk-based approach. He believes that policies and processes should be based on this. He likes to do tech stuff, infosec presentations and spreading security awareness in the private and public sectors. It is his career goal to become a consultant for the government and to help scale security best practices on a national level.
