In this episode, we are talking about being a generalist in a specialist world. 

1. Can you tell a bit about yourself, your background, and why this topic is important for you?
2. What advantages do being a generalist have, according to you?
3. What are your goals in life? What are you trying to achieve?
4. And does being a generalist helps?
5. Where do you get all this energy and excitement to do it all?
6. What would you tell an 18-year-old kid that is just finishing high school and is thinking about what to study? Because a lot of studies tries to make you a specialist in one area. What did you study?
7. How do you find new hobbies, projects, passions? There are people that maybe would like to know and learn more but don’t know how many options are there.
8. So to conclude, why is it better to be a generalist and not a specialist?

In this episode My Nguyen from the Young Voices team talks with one of our Helsinki Hub Shapers Pukhraj Ranjan about her work on sustainable craftsmanship. Pukhraj is the CEO and founder of Moi Namaste, a Helsinki-based enterprise that co-creates craft products together with Indian crafts artisans, which will be then sold to people living in Finland.
