Wednesday is Young Explorers day: As a parent and now a grandparent I know how important it is for our own stress levels, for us to be able to listen and adapt so as to then be able to help the younger people in our lives whether they are just starting out in life or perhaps coping with the ever demanding challenges of teenage years.

In our young explorers section we will focus on resilience techniques to help the younger explorers cope with difficulties that come up and also show how kids can use their own hobbies and creativity to manage their emotions and overcome challenges.

For the Teenagers in Our Lives we also have the 'Chill Zone', so check it out, The Chill zone will be focusing on Teenage issues and have will have some ideas, routines etc. to help create resilience.
