I want to help others to understand ADHD and raise awareness so that young girls, or adult women, can get the help and support they need. Knowledge is power and if I can share my experiences and expertise with others and help even one person then I’ll rest easy knowing I’ve helped someone! In this first episode I briefly touch on what adhd is and discuss two aspects of adhd: executive functioning and dopamine. I explain abit about myself and how I came to receive my diagnosis of combined adhd as well as offering some of my personal tips for coping with certain aspects of my adhd which I hope can help others!
