Woman, mother to a neutodivergent child and recently diagnosed with combined ADHD at the age of 32. I want to help others to understand ADHD and raise awareness so that young girls, or adult women, can get the help and support they need. Knowledge is power and if I can share my experiences and expertise with others and help even one person then I’ll rest easy knowing I’ve helped someone! So join me and let’s dive head first down this rabbit hole together!

BONUS episode - My diagnostic journey & what to expect
In this episode I share my personal experience of my adhd diagnosis journey through the NHS. There were certain aspects that I wish I’d have known about before seeking my diagnosis and areas I felt unprepared for. I am not a life coach; I am just sharing my experiences in the hope to raise awareness and help others :)
