Start small and do something like drive a different route to your favorite coffee shop. Mixing up the routine can often be hard for people so just switching one little thing can help you get comfortable with bigger things in the future. It can help you be more adaptable, too.
When things aren’t necessarily going great, you can shift without too much stress because you know there are lots of paths to the same destination.
