Hey everyone!

Once again, I'm joined by Jordin Dickerson (@Jordin_Aterria), professor at UNCP in PoliSci, holder of a history and law degree, and current public defender, and we're talking about the "Takings clause" of the Fifth Amendment and some important cases that have shaped the US in the last 20 years or so.
