Today I want to share something that I wrote a few months ago. I was going through a tough time, I was getting really depressed and I this just flowed out of me. It was the wildest thing, when I was writing what I'm about to read to you, I was typing it out on my phone and it was just coming down, one word at a time, super fast. And then it started to slow down, and I could see the word almost in my mind and then I would hear it, drop in like, the dog ran down the road, it dropped one word at a time and I was just seeing it happen while I was doing it.
