Part 1- From Doom Scrolling to Soul Strolling on Social Media
In part 1 of this series I talked in more detail about what doom scrolling is. In today’s video I share how to go on a soul stroll instead. A soul stroll is all about releasing expectations, focusing on curiosity and connection and listening to internal nudges and sparks of inspiration and joy to find what the next step is. I go over a 4 step process in this video- 1. Setting your intention 2. Using a timer for a closed container 3. Following your inspirational nudges 4. Taking notes after and writing down how it went and fear based thoughts that arise. An important note to remember! Fear may likely still come up but that’s okay. The soul stroll is a practice! Let me know in the comments if you’ve ever approached scrolling online or social media in this way before or if this sounds like a refreshing. Make sure to follow @jenmeleart if you haven’t already for my holistic business coaching tips and creative inspiration!
