Have you ever wondered why you're constantly seeking validation? Maybe you have felt a lack in your life without realizing that there's so much to be grateful for. This episode is dedicated to everyone who uses social media.
In this episode, I shared the main reason why those platforms were created in the first place and also highlighted the issues we're currently left to deal with. FOMO is a huge factor as to why many users feel the need to constantly be on their phones. Social media should be used with intention and control because it can take a toll on your mental health. Heavy social media users are constantly left feeling inadequate. This is proven to cause depression and anxiety when it's not controlled.
I will like you to let me know in the comment section if there's a positive impact of social media on your mental health.
