Renee Joshua-Porter has over 30 years of experience as an educator, performer,
professional voice-over artist, and playwright. She has appeared in national
commercials, industrial films, and regional theater. In 2003, she founded the nonprofit,
The Burning Bush Family Foundation Inc., which implements multimedia
programs to aid underserved families, ignite women, and redirect at-risk youth.
A teaching artist for Alvin Ailey Dance Foundation Inc. for 14 years, she instructs middle school youth on personal growth and development.
Formerly, a Crisis Counselor for EAC Network Project Hope, she
provided support for communities impacted by COVID-19.
As a New York State Chaplain and Certified Christian Counselor, she partnered with multiple agencies to serve marginalized populations and ministered on missionary trips to Trinidad, Dominican Republic, Dubai, and Nepal.
She is married for over 30 years with three young adult children. Her heart is to bring hope and Godly wisdom to every platform she is given.
