I’m very excited to introduce our second guest on the show — Mindy Helaine. As a newer friend, it was a joy to explore her journey and the passion behind Miss Mindy’s Studio.

From starting out as a 12-year-old babysitter who loved making a mess and having fun, to studying early childhood education and tirelessly teaching third graders, Mindy’s path has been full of creativity and heart. Her time abroad opened her eyes to the beauty of multigenerational connection — from children to grandparents — all engaging in joyful play.

One night at a concert, a vision came to her: Miss Mindy’s Art Studio. In this episode, Mindy shares her love for movement, creativity, and keeping a childlike spirit alive. We dive into the power of art as a tool for self-expression — and how embracing play can spark something beautiful in all of us young and old.
