S2. E4: Social media helps you succeed... or does it?

2 designers, a marketer, and a web developer walk into a room and they... talk about Pepsi and social media. The Gen-Z culture is strong in this podcast studio. This week we're talking about Pepsi's 90s-fuelled rebrand (an absolute yes to the saturated colours and nostalgic vibes!) and whether social media plays a role in becoming successful! In an era where social media presence is the norm, this episode is dedicated to the pressure (or lack of) that social media has on our professional lives.

We also took to Reddit this week to understand how the freelance design community handles social media pressure. Freelancers are already designers, accountants, and project managers. Adding social media expert to the list is a stressful addition to an already hectic schedule—so is the pay off worth it?
