With 8 years experience in the fashion industry, studying at 3 different universities, and now an independent fashion designer, Gabriele Gabija has some incredible advice. A womenswear designer creating sustainable fashion and wearable tech at her brand Cult Tellus, Gabriele joined us to share how she found her first jobs post-uni in the fashion industry, how to boost your employability (hint: you can start these tips right now!), and the best ways to optimise your portfolio.

Gabriele also explains the importance of valuing your work and why knowing what you want from your internships is essential—find out how Gabriele advocated for herself on her early internships and went from courier duties to learning the ropes.
