About our guest of today:
Mav is a renowned name in Bodywork teachings and circles. Coming with Indo Portugese roots, he is found equally on land and under the ocean. He has been a curious learner all his life. He integrated wisdom of East using practices of Thai Massage and Ayurveda, with modern psychology and neurocince to design his unique paths of sharing bodywork with the world. He is a free diver, CI facilitator and an aquatic bodyworker. Being a trauma informed NVC facilitator and an Authentic Relating coach having worked with Elar institute, adds a lot of credibility to his approach as a facilitator.
When he is not leading his bodywork circles, he could be found playing acro yoga, strumming his ukulele, or being with some furry friends or in his hammock on top of a tree. Be prepared to be giggling every once in a while with his innocent sharp wit, whether in his personal company or facilitation spaces. :)
About the Host:
Marv is practicing for over eight years. While he was traveling the world he practiced with some of the greatest teachers in the States, Latin America, Europe, Bali & India. First in touch with a modern mobility and science based approach from the West he went several times to India to root his progressive Vinyasa style in traditional Ashtanga and Iyengar Yoga.
He is focusing on helping yogis and beginner yoga teachers to advance their practice with arm-balances & floats.
