Magnus Fridh began meditating in his teens and deepened his knowledge through Tibetan Buddhism and university studies in Indology. Based in Stockholm, Sweden, he teaches groups in yoga, mindfulness, and meditation and is one of the founders of The Mindfulness App. His latest book, “The Art of Stillness in a Noisy World” (Hardie Grant), explores how to find calm, tranquility, and peace in everyday life and has been translated into seven different languages to date.

About the Host:
Marv is practicing for over eight years. While he was traveling the world he practiced with some of the greatest teachers in the States, Latin America, Europe, Bali & India. First in touch with a modern mobility and science based approach from the West he went several times to India to root his progressive Vinyasa style in traditional Ashtanga and Iyengar Yoga.
He is focusing on helping yogis and beginner yoga teachers to advance their practice with arm-balances & floats.
