
Mindfulness is a topic that I personally care a lot about, and I’ve been wanting to dive deeper into it with you. So, I’m excited to start a new series of episodes where I’ll be sharing my own thoughts and understanding of mindfulness.
For seven consecutive episodes, I’m introducing the seven attitudes of mindfulness as outlined by Jon Kabat-Zinn. In this episode, I will talk about the fifth attitude of mindfulness practice, non-striving.
