I created a blender of yoga, yogic philosophy, modern psychology and even some quantum physics and called it YodTalks Experience. I packed it as a Training / Coaching / Therapy / Experience. I strongly believe such session to be held in various social settings to create a world that sees truth and values authenticity.

YodTalks Experience sessions are themed around chakras but they go well beyond those into other realms. Thank you very much for your attention if watching and if resonates. This is all based on my personal journey and experiences throughout 2024 onwards to which I will be forever grateful.

In the brief yoga nidra at the end I have used the video footage from amazing House of Om, Bali, where the universe took me for my YTT200 yoga teacher training this February. The vibrations from there will always be with me and sharing those with you too. Special thanks to Achutan from House of Om for his so insightful yoga philosophy classes. I made many realizations there - adding layers of yoga philosophy to my personal experiences.
