As part of our elements series, this vinyasa and yin yoga audio class is inspired by the free flowing element of water and includes yoga for the hips (hip openers), lower back, and legs.
The water element is associated to the sacral chakra in the pelvic region which is associated with emotions, creativity, senses, and intimacy.
- An underactive water element leads to lack of creativity, fatigue, and lack of desire
- An overactive water element leads to overwhelm, extreme mood swings, and dissatisfaction
- When the water element is balanced, you connect easily to others, feel content and calm, express creativity more freely, and most importantly, you're able to let things go.
