Matilde Marcolli is a computational linguist and mathematical physicist currently serving as Robert F. Christy Professor of Mathematics and Computing and Mathematical Sciences at Caltech. Her latest book is Mathematical Structure of Syntactic Merge: An Algebraic Model for Generative Linguistics with Noam Chomsky and Robert C. Berwick.
