Cracking the sustainability paradox: when producing less means growing more with Johan Munck, CEO of Polarn O. Pyret

Episode 6 of Season 2 welcoms Johan Munk, CEO of Polarn O. Pyret. He has over 25 years of experience in e-commerce and a very diverse profile. He has worked in management, sales, marketing and global expansion departments in international retail and wholesale companies like Esprit, H&M and New Look.

He's the current CEO of Polarn O. Pryet, a Swedish brand for baby and childrenswear that started in 1976 with the goal of making clothes that let kids be kids.

Popularly known as PoP, the brand has been named Sweden's greenest clothing brand every year since 2011 and is deeply committed to the sustainability and durability of its products. From its focus on using eco-friendly materials to its second-hand store, Johan and his team at Polarn O. Pyret are dedicated to positively impacting the environment.

In this episode, we will deep dive into sustainability and everything it entails; from product production, communication, customer experience and brand growth. There's no better way to learn about this subject than from Sweden's Greenest brand in the clothing category for 12 consecutive years.
