The consensus of fans seem to think this 2024 Yankees team is going nowhere in the playoffs and unfortunately, I agree. Over the last 70 games, the Yankees are 31-39 and the playoffs are where the teams who are hot in the second half thrive. We still have September to see if they bring up The Martian and make some bullpen changes and the starting rotation gets hot. So there's still a slim hope that the Yankees can bring us some joy in the postseason. We shall see...
