As well as giving his overall view on dating and how it relates to being happy, Brendan talks about why most people struggle to identify their happiness. He shares how and why people rate their happiness - mostly 7 out of 10 by the way! He covers the key components that are important to being happy, why friendship is such a priority and how happiness spreads through networks and is utterly magnetic. He explains why we often feel guilt for being happy and how we mostly inherit a set point for happiness, and stick with that no matter what - and why that can be limiting.
He also shares his professional advice on navigating the dating world if you are living with a mental illness and what to know and think about if you are dating someone who is living with a mental illness.
