Maria is a Certified Transformational EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique) Coach who helps moms struggling to find joy and fulfillment in motherhood, clear past traumas and emotional blocks, so they can live in alignment with their authentic selves and break generational cycles of trauma. She is also a mom of 2 very energetic, sensitive and strong willed boys, and an easy going dog. Maria is no stranger to struggling to find joy in the often busy and chaotic life as a mother. She is also a PPD and PPA survivor, who has been working tirelessly at healing her own childhood and generational family traumas.
