Through research… This is where you will find the answer to questions like: What is their average age, sex, economic status, geographical areas, political leanings… And then most importantly what their most pressing desires or problems are. You should go as deep into this research phase as you possibly can until you can literally SEE your prospect in front of you and you can write your sales message like you are having a personal conversation with them. It’s CRITICAL to know what makes your avatar tick… If you can talk to them like you ARE one of them, then they will ultimately reward you with their hard-earned dollars.
