In honor of Black History month, we are talking about the Equitable Small Business Initiative, a lending program focusing on Black Business Enterprises and minority owned businesses in New Jersey. The initiative was founded in part through a donation by the Pascale Sykes Foundation.
In the episode we welcome Phillip D. Woolfolk, Chief Operations Officer of the African American Chamber of Commerce of NJ, and Bydeia Harmon, Community Development Officer for the Chamber. Most recently Phillip served as the Managing Principal & Profitability Advisor for Main Street Advisory, LLC. He is a Senior Associate for the new social media App, Grapevyne, and is Co-founder of P & P Real Estate Investment Company, founded in 1989 focused on residential and commercial mixed used real estate. A native of Philadelphia, Bydeia attended the HBCU Delaware State University, majoring in Finance and Banking.
