Tara has been married for a super long time to Todd and they have three kids – Grace and Chloe are in college and Owen is in middle school. Tara lives in Richmond VA and works remotely for a financial services company where she is the head of the Diversity & Inclusion and HR Technology programs. Tara is rediscovering hobbies and exploring ways to enjoy the next stage in her life as her children leave the nest – new(er) hobbies include pickleball and kayaking – which help balance her favorite hobbies – traveling to new places and floating in the water. She also has too many pets (3 dogs and a hamster named Scarlett).
