I want to work towards a place where we know we aren't alone with working out mental health. In today's episode, hopefully, available on Wednesday 10 October, otherwise known as World Mental Health Day, I want to share with you my journey with anxiety and depression and what's helped give me hope with something that I'll never have fully figured out!
