Today we have Dr. Cassie Wilder with us - the owner of Minneapolis Integrative Medicine Center & a Naturopathic Doctor of Medicine!
We are kicking off my health series where I am interviewing women in the health care space - but more so in the wellness and Eastern Medicine space.
If you know me, you know that I am a mostly crunchy gal who seeks holistic health options in every way. I have deliberately found ways to be healthy using a more Eastern Medicine approach vs. an Allopathic Medicine approach and it has worked very well for me. That does not mean I don't respect Western Medicine methods, I just think there are more holistic routes available.
Dr. Cassie Wilder offers Naturopathic Medicine at her clinic in the Western Twin Cities area of MN. She focuses on finding the ROOT CAUSE instead of just putting a band-aid on one issue.
I loved this discussion because she shares what her clinic offers, how she chose this route of medicine, and why this can be a great career for women.
