Here's how it works. Most people tackle their to-do list like a scattered adventure jumping from task to task. Instead, I want you to think of your productivity like a carefully choreographed dance. The Momentum Mapping technique is about creating intentional energy waves in your workday.

Start by identifying your three most critical tasks each morning. But here's the twist not just any tasks your needle-moving priorities. The ones that actually drive your goals forward. Then, arrange these tasks in a strategic sequence that builds momentum. Think of it like climbing a mountain you start with the smaller slopes to warm up, then tackle the steeper sections when your energy and focus are at their peak.

Pro tip number one create what I call a transition ritual between these tasks. Maybe it's a five-minute breathing exercise, a quick walk, or making a fresh cup of tea. These transition moments are not wasted time they're actually your brain's reset button.
