Unconscious bias exists all over the world, whether it's in the workplace or just out in the streets. A woman is going to be 10 times more criticized when it comes to a work evaluation than a man. People have stereotyped this race to do that, this color of skin to do that. It's infuriating and the legal system isn't adequate enough to solve all these biases.
