OMAT Club w/ Chemda | " I Might Die, Ya Know, That Whole Thing"
What do you do with a cancer diagnosis amidst the end of a marriage? This week's guest, Chemda from Keith and The Girl, not only kept going, she discovered an entire mindfulness regimen to help others. Research and self-healing led her to develop her OMAT program (One Minute At a Time) to help break through negative habits and feelings. We tried it for a week and loved it.

Learn how to hack your brain, the power of letting go, and how to embrace the 'corny' part of getting better.
