This is part 1 of a 2 part interview with Derek Simonetti.  In the first half of this interview, Derek takes down a wall and talks about his personal life.  We talk about some of the demons that he battles with on a constant basis, as well as how the pandemic has actually allowed him to conquer those demons, as well as some long standing projects he's been trying to work on.  Of course we still have a laugh or two throughout, but this was a deeper side of Derek.  I hope you enjoy.
