Moving to Estonia from the UK after a spontaneous summer visit. How to put together the “living in Estonia puzzle”? I Ericsson

Work in Estonia Talk episode with Marge Rehepapp and Alex Ball from Ericsson. Marge is an Estonian who works at Ericsson’s Tallinn office as the People Lead, and Alex Ball grew up in the UK. He works at Ericsson’s Test Development Department as an Automation System Architect. 7 years ago, during a spontaneous summer visit to Estonia, he met someone special who later became his wife. Today he’s been living and working in Estonia for many years and says he’s happy that he took the leap and decided to move here.

We also chat about:

•What is the “living in Estonia puzzle” and how to put it together?

•Alex’s most treasured memories in Estonia?

•Why does Marge like to work in an international environment?

•What do Estonians ask Alex about the UK?
