From an ad on a local tuk-tuk in India to working in Estonia. Diverse teams are the key to success. I ABB

Work in Estonia Talk with Gerda Markus and Rahul Bhola from ABB.

Gerda Markus is an Estonian whose role at ABB is to lead Talent Acquisition & Advancement and to coordinate University Relations, Employer Branding & Early Talent programs in Baltics. And Rahul Bhola grew up in India. 7 years ago he spotted an ad on a local tuk-tuk back home, which led him to come and study in Estonia. Today he has graduated and he has spent 4 of these years working in ABB. He is currently working as a mechanical design engineer.

We also chat about:

•Why does ABB believe so strongly believes that diverse teams are the core of their success story?

•What made Rahul think that he arrived in Estonia during a national holiday?

•Is it true that Estonians take time in the beginning, but when they start you cannot stop them?

•How to cook buckwheat in Indian style?

•Rahul’s Midsummer day adventures in Estonia.
