Brazilian falls in love with the snowy Estonian winter! “Awesome report” meeting. I Mindvalley

Work in Estonia Talk with Laura Viilep and Bruno from Mindvalley. Laura Viilep is the head of Global events at Mindvalley. She joined the team 10 years ago and helped to build up their Estonian office.Bruno Azenha is a full-stack engineer from Brazil, who didn’t initially plan to move to Estonia. Instead, he started working remotely from the Estonian Mindvalley office while waiting for his Malaysian visa to arrive. After staying here for 1,5 years, he's not planning to move to Malaysia anymore and is convinced that moving to Estonia was the best decision.

We also chat about:

•How did Bruno fall in love with Estonia during a dark snowy winter?

•What are the differences between Brazilian and Estonian folk dances?

•Mushroom picking in Estonia

•Why and how does Mindvalley celebrate their employers moving on from the company?

•What is the “awesome report” meeting?
