Woo Woo in The Real World

Woo Woo in The Real World is a show that focuses on how we coax our soul into embodied action and cultivate joy. This could be through working with a healer, performing a ritual, reading tarot, consulting an astrologer, communing with nature, writing a song, writing a one-woman show, or just slowing down and taking a bath! The ways we woo are as varied as the humans on the earth and how we’re transformed by those experiences and integrate them into the real world is as unique as a fingerprint. Hosts Tami McCarthy & Becki Davis are on a mission to normalize woo-woo experiences of spirit so that more people will tap into and trust their inner wisdom. They believe that sharing stories is one way to do that. Frederick Buechner says it best in his memoir, Telling Secrets: “My story is important not because it is mine, God knows, but because if I tell it anything like right, the chances are you will recognize that in many ways it is also yours.” We’re more alike than we are different. Perhaps a little more Woo Woo in The Real World can help us move past fear and better connect to ourselves and to those around us so that we can do our part to help heal the world.

Navigating a Dark Night of The Soul with Pam Hervey
It’s easy, and even a little fun, to talk about life when it’s firing on all cylinders. When you’re in alignment and things just flow. But what does it look like when the machine of your life starts to sputter, when you can’t see how all the pieces of your life make sense together, and when you feel lost?   Everyone is invited to cross the transformational threshold into the second half of life but not everyone does. It’s a hard journey and involves a dark night of the soul.   Today’s guest, Wellness Coach, singer and badass drummer, Pam Hervey navigated that journey and is on the other side to tell the tale. We’re talking about how she was able to hold the tension in the limbo land of liminal space where she knew she was being called to do more but had no idea what that was.   This is an episode about the interplay between our physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual wellness and how honoring all the parts of who we are brings us joy that then ripples out into the world.   Keep up with Pam on Instagram @pamelaherveywellness and online at www.PamelaHerveyWellness.com ✧✧✧✧✧✧✧✧✧✧✧✧✧✧✧✧✧✧✧✧✧✧✧✧✧✧✧✧✧✧✧✧  Keep up with Tami and Becki on Instagram and Online!   Woo Woo In The Real World IG: @woowoointherealworld www.WooWooInTheRealWorld.com   Tami McCarthy IG: @tamimccarthy and @tambracollective https://www.tambracollective.com/   Becki Davis IG: @beckidavismusing beckidavismusing.com   Videographer Sofia Cuccia IG: @sofiacucciavideo
