In todays episode Tabitha talks all about the Solar Plexus Chakra. You will learn what it is, how to tell if it’s closed, how to balance, heal and open the solar plexus. Here is the practice mentioned in todays episode too! Let me know if you give it a try! **”kneel barefoot on the ground and place your palms on the ground. Let the sun hit your face and absorb that warm energy. Close your eyes and breathe deeply (I personally love to inhale through the nose and exhale sighing it out - I find it VERY releasing). Imagine your energy pouring out from you into mother nature (if you can't visualize well, like me, then feel the energy or sense the energy). After you've connected in a way that suits you, say the following prayer “I release this tension, this anxiety, this negative energy that does not serve me or my highest purpose unto you. I receive in your beautiful white pure energy full of love, abundance, peace, and tranquility. I allow this energy to flow through me, cleanse me, and ground me as I come from gratitude and love.”**
