而在這集Podcast中我們觸碰大家難以界定的法規，相信很多人對於#實習存在模糊和說不清楚的界線，有的#實習生在執行任務時感覺被剝削，有的企業方則不知道該如何制訂 #實習合約，雙方在沒有明確的規範下產生誤會和誤解，有了對 #合法性的定義差異，那麼在社會上實習到底分成哪幾類型?
