It’s rivalry week in the WNBA and rivalry weekend in the NWSL and the drama did not disappoint. The Minnesota Lynx beat the New York Liberty in a rematch of the 2024 WNBA Finals, this time without Napheesa Collier or Breanna Stewart on the court. The LA Sparks edged out the Seattle Storm in a nail-biter, thanks to clutch heroics from Dearica Hamby and Kelsey Plum. Meanwhile in the NWSL, the Portland Thorns stayed undefeated at home after a goal-packed clash with the Seattle Reign. Plus, Carolyn and Danielle put their relationship to the test in a “How Well Do We Know Each Other?” game — and the results might surprise you.
