Providing safe spaces for men is extremely important because... They are not able to get the same things we as women do. They need those same types of spaces. Respectful spaces. Heard spaces. Cared about spaces. Seen spaces.

Are you functioning in a High Functional space Depression? It's not severe enough to be diagnosed as clinical but it should be. Tips to help: Talk with a therapist. Adding exercise to your daily routine. Setting daily goals. Improve your diet (which doesn't just include food.) Having a consistent sleep schedule. Reduce your intake of alcohol and drugs. Find a good support group. Meditation helps, start out doing 5mins and add a extra each time! I believe in you - Andrea
When we take time to step back… We see things a bit better. Are we the problem? How can we look at things differently? Have we truly sat down with ourselves to see our wrong doing in things and or, us holding onto spaces, places and things too long? Say to yourself… Maybe it’s me and really fix the areas it could be, and or is.
