In today's episode, we're honored to have 4 amazing women from the leadership team at the Women of Oz NWA. They are an Arkansas-based non-profit bike club with the aim to get more women on bikes by breaking down barriers.

With over 1,500 members and growing, WOZ is nothing short of a movement, a celebration of folkx on bikes, inspiring people from all around to ride bikes and have a blast doing it. 

WOZ offers flagship rides, skills clinics, and private instruction! Not only that, they help women get certified as coaches and ride leaders!
