Alexis is the Global Head of Human Resources at Institutional Shareholder Services (ISS) with responsibility for leading the team dedicated to ensuring and supporting an inclusive and diverse culture of engaged and high performing professionals around the world. Alexis leads the company’s efforts to develop human resources programs and policies which support both ISS’s strategic business goals and tactical plans. Alexis oversees the recruiting and onboarding of over 200 full time hires a year and 130 temporary workers across 36 locations around the globe. ISS hires the 130 employees seasonally to support the proxy season.
